After we have transferred to our new home, we noticed that our kitchen cabinets have broken knobs. So we decided to buy plastic knobs to replace them and make it safer for the kids. Now, our kitchen cabinets now have fully replaced knobs and are functioning properly.

Now my problem is how do I charge the replacement of knobs with my landlord? Will he pay us for it or deduct it with our monthly rent?

Yes, we have super noisy neighbor. Since we live in the same compound, we are at the front and them at our back, we can’t help overhear all their noise especially our masters bedroom is near their place. So every day, my baby wakes up to their noise!

Anyway, my husband and I are planning to move to the smaller room. We are going to stay there probably for good until they rent out. I can’t afford to have a cranky baby and inconsiderate neighbors!!
